Stepper motor TB6560 move crazy in Y axis (no replies)

Hi,

I have a 3 axis controller TB6560 . When I connect the motor to X axis, this move propertly and don't lose any steps. Them, I conect the same motor in Y axis in order to testing all axis of the controller. With the same configuration, Y axis move crazy (sometimes change the direction random) and many times, the motor make a strange noise, like "crack". The motor lose a lot of steps. I tried in full step and 1/2 and in 1/2 reduce the problem but continues appearing.
This problem only appear in Y axis. I have a TB6600 and it have the same problem to.
My motor don't have aceleration and is not mounted on any machine.
