Ramps 1.4 x-axis broken (no replies)

I tried hooking up a stepper motor to the x-axis and it does not turn, even when running the test code which is found here
The other axis work fine though.

The setup worked about a week ago. The only change I made was installing end stops so could that have messed it up?

I am running repetier.
